A manufacturing company for power and telecommunication cables seeks an experienced Human Capital Manager. The role demands at least 5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong skills in HR functions, leadership, and English proficiency. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and manage the Human Capital team effectively.
Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field.
Having minimum 5+ years of experience as a Human Capital Manager.
Holds a managerial level Human Capital certification accredited by BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesional).
Deep knowledge in all Human Capital functions, particularly compensation and benefit, learning and development (L&D), organization development, and talent management.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
Experience in developing KPI, training programs, and succession planning.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work according to business needs.
Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
