PT Digivla Indonesia seeks a Human Capital Manager to enhance workforce strategies and performance management. The role involves oversight of recruitment, employee lifecycle, and compliance with HR regulations. Candidates should have extensive HR experience and a strong background in talent acquisition and development.
Develop and execute comprehensive HC strategies covering workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from entry to exit.
Act as a strategic business partner across departments to align people initiatives with business goals.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads to define manpower needs and lead full-cycle recruitment processes.
Implement effective sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure quality hires and timely placements aligned with company values and role expectations.
Performance Management & People Development
Design and roll out performance management systems based on KPIs and competencies.
Provide guidance to leaders in conducting effective coaching, feedback, and appraisal sessions.
Identify development needs and create tailored learning and growth programs for employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily HR operations to ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, and internal standards.
Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, attendance, and HRIS systems.
Update and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and workflows to support organizational efficiency and sustainability.
