We are seeking a Recruitment Data Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Capital team through insightful data analysis. You will be responsible for collecting and managing recruitment data, creating dashboards, supporting hiring administration, and contributing to workforce planning strategies such as Man Power Planning (MPP).
This role bridges analytics and reporting — ensuring our hiring process is data-driven, compliant, and efficient.
Collect and analyze recruitment-related data (time-to-hire).
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment performance.
Create and monitor Man Power Planning (MPP) data in alignment with organizational needs.
Prepare and distribute monthly new employee reports coordinate with HC Payroll
Compile and submit monthly BPJS (health and employment insurance) reports coordinate with HC Payroll.
Handle administrative tasks for new hires, including generating employee IDs (NIP), preparing offer letters, and conduct contract signing.
Support workforce forecasting and diversity hiring analysis.
Others task related to Recruitment process and employee branding.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Recruitment analytics, HR reporting, or similar roles.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
Confident in communicating in English, both written and spoken.
