Job description

  • Maintain positive relations with trade unions involving companies, workers, government and external parties in order to create good relations in the field of employment.
  • Create labor related reports to the provisions of the labor law regarding WLK so that the company avoids obligations that may arise as a result of not carrying out the reporting
  • Make work agreements with employees and with third parties in the field of employment so that there are definite provisions regarding the rights and obligations of each party in the working relationship.
  • Ensuring that the rights and obligations of employees who leave the company have been fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations so that the company avoids obligations that may arise in the future as a result of the completion of the working relationship.
  • Analyze various possible risks in the field of employment that may arise as a result of changes in provisions so that the company can avoid obligations that may arise in the future.
  • Socializing to all branches regarding labor regulations in order to not cause disputes in the field of employment in the future.
  • Resolving industrial disputes in order for the company to avoid obligations that will arise as a result of these disputes.
  • Drafting work agreements, Directors' Decrees, and Company Regulations related to employment so that there is a company provision that complies with labor regulations.
  • Carry out joint activities between company employees in order to create a positive relationship in the work environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Law, preferably experienced in related fields

  • Have a good driving force, planning, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill
