Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Law.

5+ years of experience in Human Capital roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

Experience in a holding company or a multi-subsidiary organization is preferred.

Strong background in organization development, talent management, human capital operation, compensation & benefits, training & development, industrial relations, and general affairs.

Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management principles, policies, and best practices.

Job Description:
  1. Design and execute organizational development strategies to optimize business performance and elevate employee engagement.
  2. Lead people and organizational development initiatives, including training programs, career advancement frameworks, and leadership development strategies.
  3. Develop and execute talent management strategies to build and sustain a high-performing workforce.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies in human capital policies, procedures, and practices.
  5. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, BPJS, and other statutory entitlements, ensuring efficiency and regulatory adherence.
  6. Develop and monitor general affairs and asset management.
