A leading multi-industry corporation in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) Specialist to enhance organizational efficiency through strategic human capital initiatives. The successful candidate will supervise the implementation of HR policies, assist in career development frameworks, and mediate employee relations. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in human capital management are required, with additional preference for candidates in the mining industry. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience relevant to Human Capital.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic advising to business leaders.
  • Prior experience in the Mining Industry preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Law or other relevant disciplines.

  • 3–5 years of experience as HCBP or HC Generalist Supervisor.
  • Solid understanding of labor law, HR best practices, and organizational development frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, with expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Prior experience in the Mining Industry will be considered an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to assess organizational needs and develop people solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Supervise the implementation of Human Capital policies and procedures within business units, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
  • Drive career development frameworks and talent initiatives tailored to the unique requirements of each unit.
  • Facilitate fair and constructive resolution of employee relations issues, serving as a trusted mediator in conflict and grievance management.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the performance management cycle, from goal setting to final evaluation, to build capability and accountability.
