Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure and evaluate the fulfillment of workforce needs, both in terms of quantity and quality.
  • Facilitate the establishment of systems and policies related to IR-GA (Industrial Relations & General Affairs) management.
  • Design employee performance management programs aligned with company needs to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships both internally and externally, in accordance with applicable legal principles.
  • Develop programs/initiatives for organizational change (structure, culture, regulations, etc.) in line with company objectives and plans.
  • Manage, maintain, and control all company assets and facilities, including employee work equipment such as workplace cleanliness, building maintenance, and operational vehicles.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of all personnel activities (e.g., recruitment & selection, promotion, transfer, attendance, leave, overtime, and others).
  • Ensure all employees comply with the company’s established rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform required administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, and HR Management Functions.
  • High interest and concern for people-related issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and team performance enhancement skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
  • Assertive in decision-making and enforcing regulations.
  • Strong orientation toward administrative, operational, and business processes.
