We are seeking a resilient and adaptable Hub Worker to join our Camden Routes off The Streets (RTS) team.

This role is vital in delivering person-centred support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or engaging in street activity. About Camden RTS: Camden RTS, commissioned by Camden Council, delivers vital support to rough sleepers and individuals engaged in street-based activity. The service combines assertive outreach with a multi-agency hub, providing tailored interventions to support people to move off the streets and access services that meet their unique needs.

  • Supporting individuals in accessing accommodation, health services, and other vital support through assessments, referrals, and casework.
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure you are available when your support is most needed.
  • Using assertive outreach approaches to engage with individuals, assess their needs, and make appropriate referrals to services that will help them progress.
  • Engaging with individuals involved in rough sleeping, street-based drinking, begging, substance use, and sex work.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies to deliver comprehensive support plans.
  • Using motivational interviewing and psychologically informed approaches to help individuals engage with services and make meaningful changes.
