Hub Operations Officer (Lembang, Bandung)

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the fulfillment of all channels is executed in alignment with daily target specifications, meeting fundamental metrics for both quality and quantity.
2. Develop and maintain a weekly schedule for the production team.
3. Monitor and manage the tracking system for inventory movement from the inbound area to the production floor, including recording waste into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
4. Establish production target tables and daily schedules to optimize operations.
5. Oversee and ensure the productivity of daily workers aligns with operational goals.

Requirements

1. Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, production management, logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in production planning, warehouse operations, or a related role.
3. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and production tracking systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for production schedules and target tables.
5. Strong organizational and scheduling skills to develop and manage production plans.
6. Willing to work onsite in Lembang, Bandung Barat.
