Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HTML Template Developer to support our SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building and customizing HTML-based document templates that dynamically display customer-specific data using merge fields or placeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and customize HTML/CSS document templates for various use cases (e.g., invoices, reports, letters).
• Incorporate system-generated merge fields/placeholders to support dynamic content.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive formatting of all templates.
• Test templates using sample data and different scenarios to validate accuracy and behavior.
• Document template structures and field mappings clearly for team reference and future maintenance.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality document outputs.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Proven experience designing structured, professional layouts for documents.
• Familiarity with templating engines, merge fields, or dynamic placeholders.

• Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; The candidate will initially work on Canadian time during the training period, after which they may transition to Philippine local time with some required overlap. This will be a part time role with 20-30 hours per week
