Qualifications and Responsibilities

1. Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
2. 5 yrs in power plants construction or Solar/Green Energy
3. Monitor security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to floating solar sites, substations, and transmission line areas.
4. Coordinate with local authorities on security measures when required.
5. Supervise tower erection, cable stringing, and substation work.
6. Ensure barricades and safety signage are installed to protect the public.
7. Conduct community safety awareness programs to prevent accidental exposure to live electrical infrastructure.
8. Supervise electrical installation and maintenance of floating solar panels to prevent electrical shocks and short circuits.
9. Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and floating platform stability.

Required Certificate / Specialization

1. Additional training e.g. Lifting certification, Scaffolding certification, BLS, Defensive driving etc. would be preferred.
2. K3 license
3. NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety and/or nationally recognized certification, OR Safety License required to work in water bodies in Indonesia.
4. Other safety licenses to manage EHS activities related to Electrical/Power Plant Construction works.
