Job description

PT Supraco Indonesia was founded in 1979 under the name PT Summa Prakarsa Corporation, initially to provide local services to foreign oil and gas companies in Indonesia. One of its early activities was expatriate management services.

In the 1980s, PT Supraco Indonesia expanded into the oil and gas industry, offering operations and maintenance support, and gradually added warehouse management and camp services. In 2002, the company became a subsidiary and continued to develop its offshore oil and gas production activities, including logistics, shore base, maintenance, and technical support services.

We are hiring for the following position:

HSE Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or K3 (Health and Safety).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of HSE, oil and gas exploration, and production activities.
  • Understanding of company policies and government regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexible in consultations, able to communicate effectively across different groups and levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • High commitment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
