Job summary

Valeo in Indonesia seeks an HSE Trainee/Apprentice/VIE to support safety and environmental programs across the site in Bekasi. You will check safety equipment, perform risk analyses, and monitor regulatory surveys under supervision, contributing to a compliant and safe operation.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and staying updated on evolving legislation as part of Valeo's HSE team.

Qualifications

• Check that safety and security equipments are in compliance with requirements and in good condition.
• Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey.
• Establish the site Health, Safety, Security and Environment operation procedures and oversee their application.
• Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify actions and responsibilities.
• Implement and monitor actions relating to non-compliance from inspections and audits, considering investments.
• Be aware of developments in the legislation.

Responsibilities

• Check that safety and security equipments are in compliance with requirements and in good condition.
• Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey.

• Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it.
• Implement and monitor action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, taking the necessary investments into account.
• Be aware of developments in the legislation.
