Job description

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in the garment manufacturing industry. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards, and driving a strong safety culture across the factory operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct daily Safety Patrol and make weekly report to be sent to Senior Manager, Director, GM and also cross function.
• Conduct regular Safety Committee meeting on a monthly basis (P2K3) and encourage safety committee to have a safety mindset.
• Create Training Need Analysis and conduct HSE Training in a timely manner with quality of training implementation.
• Collect and analyze environmental data (Energy Consumptions, Water Consumptions, Waste Management, etc.) and provide advice to the management regarding usage savings.
• Work with a third party to conduct Regular Safety Inspection for production machinery, laboratory test facility for environmental aspects, and validity of operator licenses.
• Ensure Contractor Safety Management system is implemented, monitor, and make an evaluation report for every contractor as a reference for the cross-function departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HSE Supervisor (leading HSE team) in manufacturing or the Garment industry.

Possess the ability to educate teams on Safety and Sustainability aspects, also provide root cause analysis and preventive measurements.

Highly preferred for the candidate who has HSE certifications, e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AK3 Umum, AK3 Fire Safety Expert.

Strong knowledge in General OSH Safety, ISO Standards, Fire & Electrical Safety, and Local Environmental Laws.

Possess strong leadership skills, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent communication in English is a must, both verbal and written.

Candidate should be willing to work in the Jepara Factory.
