PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry recherche un HSE Supervisor passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe à Jakarta. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en ingénierie et une expérience pertinente en environnement industriel, où il sera responsable de définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de santé, sécurité et environnement. Ce rôle sera clé pour assurer la conformité aux normes et à la réglementation dans tous les sites de projet.

Qualifications

• Âge entre 29-45 ans.
• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en tant qu'HSE Supervisor ou 6 ans comme HSE Officer.
• Certifié en AK3U, secourisme, auditeur, lutte contre l'incendie, et formateur.

Responsibilities

• Développer des plans de travail liés à la sécurité et à la santé au travail.
• Réaliser des évaluations des risques et élaborer des procédures opérationnelles sécurisées.
• Surveiller et contrôler la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité et d'environnement.

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed companies for the National Strategic Project (PSN), located in Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The project has an estimated total investment of approximately 27.8 trillion Rupiah, covering an area of more than 600 hectares within the 1,912-hectare industrial park managed by PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction began in the first quarter of 2020, with production expected to commence in the second quarter of 2021. As a leading nickel ore-based mineral processing company in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will develop three industrial areas: a nickel smelter with a capacity of 1.8 million tons per year, a power plant with a capacity of 1,100 MW, and an integrated port and stockpile capable of handling up to nine 5,000 DWT barges and two 50,000 DWT vessels.

HSE Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or diploma degree in engineering.
• Age between 29-45 years.
• At least 4 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or 6 years as an HSE Officer in factory, industry, or construction environments.
• Certified in AK3U (mandatory), first aid, auditor, firefighting, and Trainer of Trainer (TOT).
• Excellent communication skills and discipline.
• Willing to travel for business purposes over extended periods.
• Based at the Head Office in Jakarta.

Job Description:

• Developing work plans related to safety, occupational health, and environmental (HSE plan).
• Understanding of K3 management system (SMK3) and capable of preparing SMK3 documentation according to regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments, developing safe operational procedures, and identifying hazards in all work activities.
• Monitoring and controlling the implementation of occupational health, safety, and environmental policies (K3L) across all company locations.
• Managing HSE procedures and work instructions, including safety campaigns and work permit systems.
• Investigating unsafe acts and conditions, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Providing advice and recommendations to increase employee awareness of occupational health, safety, and environment (K3L).
• Performing internal audits on health, safety, and environmental performance at various project sites on a routine basis.
