Job summary

PARAMA ENERGI seeks a proactive HSE Specialist to strengthen health, safety, and environmental performance across operations in Indonesia. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk controls, and foster a robust safety culture with operational teams and regulators.

Key activities include conducting HIRADC, incident investigations, safety drills, and environmental monitoring, while preparing HSE reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE, safety compliance, risk management, or internal audit functions.
• Strong knowledge of HIRADC, incident investigation, safety auditing, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE programs in line with company policies, customer requirements, and regulations.
• Conduct HIRADC to identify risks and ensure effective controls are in place.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, patrols, and compliance assessments.
