Job description

Balikpapan based PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa, originally founded in 1993, has proven itself capable of handling large projects and building an excellent track record, which has enabled it to grow from a small company to a large enterprise.

Encouraged by the rapid development of Balikpapan and East Kalimantan, with its mining, oil, gas, petrochemical industries and full technical support from recognized American, European, and Australian manufacturers, PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa decided in 2006 to invest in a brand new, modern workshop and office.

The new workshop and office have increased PT Bhumi Phal Perkasa's capacity across all divisions supporting the oil, gas, mining, and petrochemical industries. Currently, we have eight main divisions with a wide range of products.

The divisions include:

1. Cooling System Division (Fabrication, Re-engineering, Repair, and Refurbishment of radiators, lube oil coolers, gas coolers, and heat exchangers)
2. Engine Division (Re-engineering, Repair, Overhaul, and Refurbishment of all types of engines)
3. Filtration Division (Advanced Filtration and Separation Applications)
4. Pump and Valve Division (Repair, Overhaul, and Refurbishment of all types of pumps and valves)
5. Crane Division (Re-engineering, Maintenance, Inspection, Repair, and Replacement of all types of cranes)
6. Machinery Division (Fabrication, Re-engineering, Repair, and Refurbishment)
7. Internal Supporting Divisions (Fabrication & Service)

We are urgently seeking to fill the following position:

HSE Officer

Qualifications required:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Health, Safety, Environmental) or equivalent.
• Must have a valid “Ahli AK3 Umum” license. (Others are a plus).
• Required skills include ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and SMK3.
• Knowledge about CSMS/ CHESMS & HSE Plan is required.
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the overall health, safety, and environmental programs at work.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Placement: Head Office, Balikpapan.
