HSE Manager (Contract)

Prepare occupational safety, health, and environmental protection policies to ensure refinery operations run according to regulations.

Ensure HSE integration in every aspect of operations, including production, maintenance, and supply chain.

Conduct risk analysis and prepare mitigation measures to prevent work accidents and environmental pollution.

Lead work accident investigations, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure implementation of corrective actions.

Develop strategies to reduce work accidents (zero accident program) and improve work safety in the refinery.

Ensure compliance with ISPO, RSPO, and K3 and environmental regulations from the Ministry of Manpower and KLHK.

Manage internal and external audits, including inspections from regulators and sustainability certification.

Conduct emergency response drills (fire drills, oil spill response, chemical leak response, and evacuation) periodically.

Oversee the management of B3 waste, wastewater, gas emissions, and energy to ensure environmentally friendly refinery operations.

Develop sustainability and green industry programs to improve compliance with global environmental standards.

Manage environmental data and prepare sustainability reports in accordance with RSPO, ISPO, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.

Collaborate with Plant Manager, Engineering, and operational teams in implementing HSE policies.

Coordinate with the government, external auditors, and industry associations related to HSE programs in the refinery.
