• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with laws and regulations standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across the facility; identify hazards and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs related to waste management, emissions, water usage, and chemical handling.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; produce root cause analyses and follow-up reports.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture among all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and readiness programs for fire safety, evacuation, and spill response.
• Maintain and analyze HSE data (KPIs, LTIs, TRIR, etc.) and provide regular performance reports to support audit reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace ergonomics, noise, dust control, and overall environmental sustainability.
• Ensure contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements during all on-site operations and construction activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• Have min 5 years of experience in HSE with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Proven experience in managing safety in an industrial estate or large-scale production facility is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of law and regulation of HSE standards.
• Certified Safety Officer in accordance with Indonesian regulations (e.g., AK3 Umum certified) is required; international certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software/systems.
