Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to optimize and manage HR systems across the Asia Pacific region. You will serve as the regional HRIS expert, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and finance, drive system enhancements, and lead training to boost user adoption and accurate reporting. This position offers a dynamic, global environment within a renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS implementation projects from planning through deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and optimal system performance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues, providing troubleshooting and support to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize system effectiveness.
• Support the implementation, integration, enhancement, and rollout of HR technologies across the Asia Pacific region.
• Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Develop and deliver training programs that drive user adoption and confidence in new systems.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support decisions.
• Manage relationships with local HR technology vendors and ensure SLAs are met.

How You’ll Shine

As the primary regional contact for HR systems, you'll play a key role in ensuring our HR technology ecosystem supports business objectives, enhances employee experiences, and enables informed decision-making.

• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and optimal system performance.

• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related issues, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and support to stakeholders.

• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to maximize system effectiveness and support business needs.

• Support the implementation, integration, enhancement, and rollout of HR technologies across the Asia Pacific region.

• Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

• Develop and deliver training programs that drive user adoption and confidence in new systems and processes.

• Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports that support strategic business decisions.

• Manage relationships with local HR technology vendors, ensuring service levels, upgrades, and maintenance activities are effectively executed.

• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard employee information.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.

• Demonstrated experience with HRIS implementation projects from planning through deployment.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

• Experience working with HRIS solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.

• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data protection regulations.
