Job summary

PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HRIS/IT professional to maintain SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems in Bogor.

You will coordinate upgrades, work with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors, ensure data accuracy and system integrations, and drive continuous improvement across HR technology. This role requires a degree in IT/HR and hands-on SF experience; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in IT, HR, Business System or a related field.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems.
• Good understanding of HR processes and system integrations.
• Experience with system testing, upgrades, and releases.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage.
