A leading fintech company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR and General Affairs professional. Responsibilities include supervising recruitment processes, ensuring HR administration compliance, and overseeing office management. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and strong experience in HR and GA, along with Mandarin proficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and detail-oriented.
Supervise end-to-end processes of recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.
Ensure timely and accurate HR administration, including:
Attendance & leave records
Employment contracts
Payroll data
Assist in the development and implementation of:
HR policies
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Employee handbooks
Monitor and support employee performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate and support training and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations best practices.
Handle employee social security programs: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and insurance matters.
Oversee office facilities, utilities, cleanliness, and workplace security.
Supervise GA staff and ensure proper maintenance of company assets (vehicles, equipment, etc.).
Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning services, office supplies, security, etc.).
Manage company documents including business licenses and permits.
Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations in office areas.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR/GA best practices.
Experience in handling:
BPJS (Health & Employment)
Employee contracts
Industrial relations and employee grievance handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and solution-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, sincere, and optimistic attitude with good planning and execution abilities.
Mandarin proficiency required (minimum HSK 5).
