Must Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management/Psychology.
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or related fields.
Excellent communication skill in English (must be able to communicate in English)
Able to speak mandarin will be considered a plus.
Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation.
Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes.
Handle HRGA Administration (payroll, absence, overtime, training and other tasks related to HRGA).
Responsible for employees' legal matters and regulations (industrial relations, External Relation, BPJS, Employment Contract).
Maintain budget of HRGA expenses.
Prepare Monthly HR Report.
Coordinate and arrange all HRGA activities on site to support company operations.
Responsible for company GA operations including managing and maintaining company licenses and legal documents, office administration, and attending to internal and external needs to ensure company operations run smoothly.
Ensure compliance with prevailing company and government laws and regulations.
Ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy.
Discipline and enforce the rules determined by the company, and take appropriate action on employees who violate the company's rules or policies.
Coordinate and arrange business trips such as ticketing, hotel accommodation, and transportation to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
Arrange expatriate administration and documentation such as visa, working permit, and any other expatriate formalities needed to comply with company and/or government regulations.
Handle and manage company documents and licenses, make contracts, review, and manage contracts.
Carry out activities that direct coaching, training, and activities related to the development of abilities, potential, mental, and others.
Ensure all activities meet company requirements, and all processes and documents are in line with Company & Indonesian government Policy and Procedures.
