A leading HR department in Jakarta seeks an HR Staff to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. The role includes administrative support and ensuring compliance with HR processes. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up-to-date and compliant.
Support HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
Manage office supplies, assets, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Handle company licenses, permits, and administrative documents.
Support in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Ensure office policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness are followed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or general affairs roles.
Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and HR administrative processes is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
