Job summary

A fintech company located in Jakarta is seeking an HRGA Specialist to manage HR activities, maintain employee records, and support recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HRGA, excellent organizational and communication skills, and must be proficient in English. Experience in startup environments is preferred, with additional Mandarin skills as a plus.

Job description

We are a fintech company located in Sudirman seeking the best candidate to fill the position of HRGA Specialist. The responsibilities include:

  • Supporting all internal and external HRGA-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees and assets.
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes until issuing employment agreements.
  • Maintaining industrial relations with stakeholders to ensure compliance and industrial peace.
  • Handling office general equipment.
  • Overseeing completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assisting with performance management procedures.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas.
  • Planning and arranging employee training and development activities.
  • Conducting orientations and updating records of new staff.
  • Producing and submitting reports on HR activities.
  • Handling end-to-end payroll processing and resolving errors.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Keeping up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRGA.
  • Experience in startup companies is preferable.
  • Able to speak English (mandatory).
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local employment law, company policy, and employee incident handling.
  • Experience with payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
