Qualifications

  • Mengontrol dan menangani aktivitas HR sehari-hari.
  • Mencatat semua kontrak kerja dan mengontrol kontrak yang sudah kedaluwarsa.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Controlling and handling day-to-day activities of HR.
  2. Recording all employment contracts, and controlling for any expired contracts and/or extension contracts.
  3. Improving the integrated data of the Employee Database/Employee Historical.
  4. Coordinating with HR Group for all termination, recruiting, salary processes, and issues regarding employee obedience.
  5. Maintaining external and internal communication and coordination to create a conducive atmosphere of work.
  6. Reporting to the Director and HRGA Manager for all issues related to HR, including recruitment/selection, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and development and general affairs.
  7. Handling all activities of General Affairs.

Requirements:

  1. Age 27 - 40 years old.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as HR/GA.
  3. Strong leadership skills.
  4. Good knowledge and experience in payroll (salary calculation, BPJS, PPh21), end-to-end recruitment, job evaluation, HR policies, and comprehension of PP No. 35 years 2021, especially for industrial relations issues, with the ability to counter critical issues regarding industrial contracts/status.
  5. Willingness to be placed in our sister company PT. Grenex Perkasa Indonesia in Jakarta and to travel to site locations if needed.
