About the role

PT Denso Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HRGA Senior Manager to join our team. In this full-time position based in Cikarang Barat, West Java, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, general affairs, and industrial relations for our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination
  • Oversee industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and maintaining harmonious relationships with employees and unions
  • Coordinate general affairs functions such as facilities management, procurement, and administrative support
  • Analyse HR and GA metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
  • Mentor and develop the HR and GA teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR or HRGA role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong background in industrial relations and a deep understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Being able to speak Japanese is preferred
