Job description

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Law / Psikologi / Management SDM from a reputable university
  2. At least 4 years of working experience in Industrial Relation & General Affair, with a minimum of 2 years in an equivalent position
  3. Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws
  4. Experience in handling industrial relation disputes up to the Industrial Relations Court is a plus
  5. Strong leadership qualities, honesty, integrity, and accountability
  6. Ability to work under minimal supervision with tight deadlines
  7. Proactive, team-oriented, service-minded, and professional integrity (advanced level)
  8. Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a service-oriented heart
  9. Initiative, proactive attitude, and good problem-solving skills
  10. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  11. Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel
Job Descriptions:
  1. Handling legal matters and industrial relations in collaboration with management
  2. Resolving employment issues in accordance with company regulations, in coordination with relevant departments
  3. Developing and administering company policies and procedures
  4. Reviewing and evaluating company regulations, labor policies, and procedures
  5. Ensuring alignment of company regulations with operational strategies
  6. Fulfilling HR needs based on the company’s manpower planning (MPP)
  7. Managing attendance, payroll, compensation, and benefits
  8. Planning, directing, organizing, and controlling activities of the General Affairs section, including employee services, safety, and security
  9. Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
  10. Managing company dormitories, locker rooms, canteen, parking areas, and parks
  11. Overseeing health and safety procedures, including COVID-19 protocols (K3 procedures)
  12. Managing cleaning services and maintaining cleanliness of the building
  13. Overseeing security personnel and systems to safeguard assets
  14. Managing legal documents related to company assets outside the premises, such as lease agreements and insurance policies
  15. Ensuring proper maintenance of company buildings and waste management
