PT Venus Ceramica Indonesia is seeking an HRGA staff to support daily HRGA operations, including HR administrations, general affairs and facility management, as well as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training administration.

You will maintain accurate employee data and HR records, ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and assist in managing general affairs activities, office maintenance, vendor management and asset control.

• Support HRGA daily operations including HR administrations, general affairs dan facility management.
• Assist in end-to-end HR processes; recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training adminstrations.
• Maintain employee data dan HR records accurately and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Assist in managing general affairs activities including office maintenance, vendor management and asset control.
• Coordinate and support company events dan internal communications.
• Prepare HRGA reports dan supports analysis as needed.
