PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company in the Manufacturing sector and they are looking for an HRGA Manager to be placed in Karawang with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Key Responsibility Areas

Managing all HR & GA matters,

Responsible for making the strategy of salary-based review allowance, reviewing company regulations, and making the salary table

Responsible for GA legal matters, compliance, and handling government offices.

Responsible for recruitment.

Responsible for the training of employees

Responsible for having a meeting with the employee council (Representative of Employees) regarding salary,allowance, benefits, and working environment.

Responsible for another related job in HR and GA.

Requirements:

Have excellent knowledge of labour law and other related business law.

Have excellent knowledge of compliance.

Have experience in having meetings with the union or the employee council (Representative of the employee) regarding salary, allowance, benefits, and working environment

Have experience in handling business licenses.

Have experience in making a strategy for a salary base, reviewing allowance, and updating company regulations, and so on.
