About Our Client

Our client is a reputable industrial services company currently expanding their business in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Overseeing payroll processing, BPJS, tax compliance, and employee benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment, aligning hiring processes with business needs to maintain an effective talent acquisition strategy.
  • Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems while guiding managers in conducting performance evaluations.
  • Developing and coordinating training programs in collaboration with HQ to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Establishing, reviewing, and enforcing HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts in compliance with government regulations.
  • Maintaining HR records, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy within HRIS systems.
  • Forecasting and managing the HR budget, optimizing costs while supporting organizational objectives.
  • Ensure smooth office operations, including workspace maintenance, vendor management, and office supplies.
  • Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and company policies while providing legal opinions as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant 5-10 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR function, preferably in trading office.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience managing payroll systems and benefits administration.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
