We are seeking a highly experienced HRGA Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HRGA functions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while fostering a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to attract, develop, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage general affairs functions, including office facilities management, procurement, asset management, and administrative support.
  • Analyse HR and GA metrics to generate insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management to align HR programs with strategic business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and GA teams to promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HRGA managerial role, preferably within a Trading & Distribution company.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in People Development and Organizational Development.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective HR strategies with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with proficiency in HRIS and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams and manage complex situations with discretion and integrity.
