Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries.
Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development.
Create and generate regular HR Reports for management and able to customize reports to address specific information needs.
Responsible for preparing the annual budget which consists of all programs and activities in HR Development, and prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on group standards.
Stay updated on tax regulations, labor laws, and other payroll-related compliance requirements, and ensure payroll processes align with legal standards.
Maintain and update payroll system to reflect changes in employee status, tax, laws, and other relevant factors.
Analyze HR Metrics and trends to identify patterns and utilize statistical methods to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with Head of Department to ensure HR Initiatives support overall business objectives.
Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment as well as providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Work with Head of Department to implement performance appraisal system as well as providing the performance expectations and feedback.
Identify employee training needs analysis and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, monitor employee satisfaction, and address concerns proactively.
Stay up to date about employment labor laws and ensure HR Practices comply with legal requirements to minimize organizational risk.

II. REQUIREMENTS
Graduated bachelor's degree from university in human resources or any related field.
At least 5 years of solid HR Generalist Experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Well-knowledge in C&B and HR Reporting.
Excellent Excel Skills for Reporting.
Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required.
Solid knowledge of SAP.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools is needed.
Understanding the basics of Health and Safety standards for manufacturing.
Languages: fluency in English is preferred.
Willing to be mobile working (Cikarang and Jakarta).
