Job description

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interviews, placement).

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Monitor job analysis and workload analysis processes.

Maintain payroll and benefits programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or any relevant major.
  • Excellent knowledge of HRGA roles (Recruitment, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Development, HR Business Partner, Industrial Relations, General Affairs) and experience in handling large teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience as HRGA Manager.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to strategic changes and grow with the company.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Willing to travel for business trips if required.
