Job description

PT In Fashion has a full-time opportunity for a smart, organized, and strong Human Resource and General Affair (HRGA) Manager to lead the company's HRGA team.

PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for an American customer.

Role and Responsibilities :
  1. Lead and handle the HR & GA department in day-to-day operations and align with all the company's business strategies.
  2. Listen & respond to employees.
  3. Manage the teams to run daily HR tasks according to plans.
  4. Responsible for handling recruitment.
  5. Develop & improve policies, procedures, and standards for all activities related to assessment and employee development to suit the organization's needs.
  6. Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws.
  7. Build the company’s current HR team and systems to match the growing pace of the company.
  8. Communicate with upper management regarding human resource management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRGA Manager (preferably in Manufacturing/Garment Factory).
  • Experience in human resource activities including general HR administration, recruitment, payroll details, tax, and BPJS.
  • Good knowledge of laws and regulations (e.g., UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No. 01 Tahun 2017, Omnibus Law, and other relevant laws).
  • Experience in training and development, performance appraisals, and employee evaluations.
  • Preferably have HR Manager / Labor Norms Cadre certification.
  • Positive and open learning attitude.
  • Proactive and flexible mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to manage a team.
  • Candidates domiciled in the Bali area are preferable.
