About the role

PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a talented HRGA Japanese Speaker to join our client in the manufacturing industry. This full-time role, based in South Cikarang, West Java, will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support, with a particular focus on serving our Japanese-speaking clientele.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree graduates
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR or HRGA role, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Holds JLPT N2 or higher
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
