Responsible for all HR Company administration from recruitment process, employee transfer, employee violation (warning letter, etc), demotion, enter employee details into employment contracts, extend employee contracts and enter employee job description details.
Compile all HR reports (e.g: leave reconciliation and the finger scan) for payroll purpose in each month.
Handle General Affairs tasks for procuring office operational needs.
Manage company facilities.
Ensure and manage housekeeper team complete the work effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for maintenance garden in office area.
Handle administrative tasks for vehicle taxes (STNK) and vehicle insurance.
Submit and review routine office supply purchases (monthly).
Create Purchase Requests/Work Requests based on item request forms.
Coordinating with security to ensure security of company area.
Perform PC, laptop, and printer setup.
Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, UPS, and the data server.
Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, and data).
Prepare documentation/reports related to IT issues.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance purposes.
Support administrative tasks and company events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Minimum education: Diploma degree or similar, Bachelor degree in IT is more preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (HR, GA, IT Support) within a manufacturing or industrial company.
Good communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assertive, able to maintain confidentiality, and excellent time management skills.
Able to prioritize the workload, initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred.
