About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced HRGA GM Japanese Speaker to join our client (Japanese Manufacturing company).

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR and general management functions of our Depok, West Java office. Your expertise in HR and fluency in Japanese will be instrumental in supporting our business objectives and fostering a positive work environment for our diverse team.

Responsibilities
  • HR GA related work (recruitment, training/education, safety, environmental improvement, etc.)
  • Labor-Management Negotiations (Dealing with Labor Union)
  • Assisting the President Director
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination
  • Serving as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing HR-related insights and recommendations
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, and promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters, including handling employee inquiries and grievances
  • Leveraging your Japanese language skills to liaise with our Japanese-speaking clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRGA GM role, preferably within a consulting or generalist HR environment
  • Experience in Japanese Manufacturing company (Mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in managing the full HR function, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Japanese - Business Level is preferable, but intermediate is fine, need both Japanese verbal and written skills. Holds JLPT N2/N3.
  • Experience in negotiation/dealing with Labor Union
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Knowledge about law
