A leading HR services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR activities, including office administration and employee relations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of local labor laws.
As an HR Generalist, you will manage and coordinate general human resources activities, including office administration, facilities management, and employee relations.
Maintain office facilities, supplies, utilities, and cleanliness.
Manage company assets and inventory, including office equipment and vehicles.
Handle documentation for permits, licenses, or certificates related to company operations.
Support HR policies implementation and update internal communication.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, monitor labor issues, and track employee relations trends.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or Industrial Relations.
Knowledge of local labor laws and industrial relations best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
