HRGA General Manager - Warehouse and Logistics - Jakarta Utara (C-118325)

Our client is a Japanese Warehouse and Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop organizational strategies by identifying human resources issues and establishing objectives aligned with the company's goals.
2. Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, and benefits.
3. Plan and implement employee training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and ensure they align with performance indicators.
4. Manage labor relations, handle disputes, and maintain a positive work environment.
5. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
6. Handle risks related to human resources and the work environment, coordinating with other department heads.
7. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and development plans.
8. Oversee general administrative functions, including office management and corporate security.
9. Plan and manage budgets for HR and general affairs activities.
10. Provide regular reports on HR and general affairs activities to senior management.
11. Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Have more than high conversational level English.
2. Have 1-3 years of working experience as HRGA General Manager / Senior Manager in Japanese logistic company; GA experience is also a must.
3. Be able to do the best if problems occur.
