Role Description

As an HRGA Executive, you will be responsible for managing various Human Resources and General Affairs functions to ensure the company's operations run smoothly. This position requires an individual who is proactive, has good communication skills, and is able to work in a dynamic technological environment.

Qualifications

• Education minimum S1 Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in a technology company or startup.
• Understanding of Labor Law and HR-related regulations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy posting, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Carry out personnel administration tasks such as attendance, employment contracts, payroll, and BPJS.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage General Affairs (GA) needs, including office facilities, company assets, and operational requirements.
• Assist in developing a positive corporate culture and increasing employee engagement.
• Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Handle procurement of work tools and other office administration needs.
