A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HRGA Assistant Manager in Karawang, responsible for improving HR & GA operations, monitoring compliance, and managing staff. Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.
Responsibility of HR & GA Division improvement in accordance with compliance under the President Director.
Responsible for monitoring all HR, GA, IT, and HSE jobs under the President Director.
Responsible for making GA & HRD business plans (Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly).
Responsible for supervising GA & HRD staff jobs and suggesting improvement points.
Responsible for LKS Bipartite meetings under the Japanese Director.
Responsible for recruitment, mutation, promotion, and evaluation in accordance with compliance.
Responsible for making plans for training, including compliance.
Other related GA & HRD jobs.
