Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HRGA Assistant Manager in Karawang, responsible for improving HR & GA operations, monitoring compliance, and managing staff. Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.

  • Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
  • Proven leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Improve HR & GA Division in compliance with the Director.
  • Monitor HR, GA, IT, and HSE functions.
  • Prepare business plans for GA & HRD.

Job description
HRGA Assistant Manager - Manufacture - Karawang

Responsibility of HR & GA Division improvement in accordance with compliance under the President Director.

Responsible for monitoring all HR, GA, IT, and HSE jobs under the President Director.

Responsible for making GA & HRD business plans (Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly).

Responsible for supervising GA & HRD staff jobs and suggesting improvement points.

Responsible for LKS Bipartite meetings under the Japanese Director.

Responsible for recruitment, mutation, promotion, and evaluation in accordance with compliance.

Responsible for making plans for training, including compliance.

Other related GA & HRD jobs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree or above
  • Have working experience at a Japanese Manufacturing company as an HR & GA supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager for more than 5 years.
  • Able to advise the President to resolve fraud and improve GA & HR operations in accordance with compliance.
  • Have excellent knowledge of labor law and company licenses, etc.
  • Have excellent knowledge and experience in processing recruitment for factory operators and employee staff in accordance with compliance.
  • Have excellent leadership abilities.
  • Have excellent experience in giving training to subordinates.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to speak Japanese being an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang.
