About the role

As the MANAJER SDM at PT Hongsheng International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementation. This full-time position, based in Bubutan East Java, will involve overseeing all aspects of the HR function to ensure the organisation attracts, develops and retains top talent.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, processes and programmes to support the company's business objectives
  • Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees
  • Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievance handling
  • Ensuring HR compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to the leadership team
  • Collaborating with other departments to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy
  • Leading and motivating a team of HR professionals

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior HR role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven HR decision making
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field。
