Job description

Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, payroll, labor law, etc.)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding

Prepare payroll data for monthly disbursement monitor attendance and prepare payroll data for monthly.

Handle the registration and administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan

Responsible for handling expatriate documentation and permits

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistenly adhered to, in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases

Familiar with general affairs duties (facility maintenance, office supplies, company assets, etc.)

Act as a liaison between employees and management for inquiries or issue resolution

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a MUST

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HRGA role

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or other relevant fields

Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance

Basic knowledge of expatriates document handling

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Understanding of Startup working condition
