Job description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Handle systematic onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Responsible for HR administrative functions: attendance management, employee database, and employment contracts.

Handle full payroll processes: salaries, taxes, BPJS Employment & BPJS Health.

Understand HR policies, including compliance with labor laws.

Manage employee performance appraisal systems and provide development recommendations.

Serve as an effective liaison between management and employees in fostering a healthy work environment.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management.

At least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Good understanding of HR fundamentals and Indonesian labor law.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.

Strong leadership, able to work independently and in a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferably experienced in performance management and employee development.

Willing to be placed at the Head Office in West Jakarta.
