About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HRGA, you will play a crucial role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development, for our growing organisation. This full-time position is based in the heart of Central Jakarta, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires

Manage employee records and HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations

Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organisation's growth

Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and design and deliver relevant programmes

Provide HR support and advice to employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Assist with performance management, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback

Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and HR best practices to ensure the organisation's compliance

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proficient in HR information systems and data management

Up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

Adaptable and capable of navigating change in a growing organisation
