A leading company in Jakarta seeks a motivated HRGA professional. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HRGA experience and a strong understanding of employment regulations.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRGA to join our team. This position combines Human Resources and General Affairs responsibilities and is ideal for candidates who are people-focused, well-organized, and knowledgeable in HR practices and compliance.
Location: Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta

Start Date: End of May / sooner
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Prepare payroll data for monthly disbursement
Responsible for handling expatriate documentation and permits
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to and up to date
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor employee attendance and leave records
Manage office facilities, supplies, and general administrative duties
Act as a liaison between employees and management for inquiries or issue resolution
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a MUST
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HRGA role
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or other relevant fields
Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance
Basic knowledge of expatriates document handling
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of Startup working condition
