Job Description
  1. Prepare HR and vessel budgets
  2. Manage employee benefits and salaries
  3. Handle BPJS (Jakarta and branch offices)
  4. Monitor employee attendance in Jakarta
  5. Manage the recruitment process for employees (Jakarta, branch offices and vessels)
  6. Address labor issues (Jakarta and branch offices)
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree preferably from Psychology, Human Resources, Law, and related major from reputable university
  2. Has at least internship experience as HR or related roles
  3. Able to operate Microsoft Office: Excel (Average, SUM-IF, Vlookup)
  4. Willing to do business trips outside Java island if needed
  5. Hard-working and adaptive
