About the role

As an HRD Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources operations. Based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, this full-time position will see you overseeing a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  4. Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
  5. Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and support overall business objectives.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
  4. Strong background in organizational development and talent management.
  5. Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR information systems.
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Sufficient knowledge of Human Capital Management policies and best practices.
