About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HRD (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT. MARS INDUSTRI INDONESIA' in North Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our company's growth and development by overseeing all human resources-related functions. With a strong focus on Mandarin language skills, you will be responsible for liaising with our international clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
• Oversee the payroll and benefits administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
• Mastering and understanding labor laws
• Understanding the processes of BPJS Health and BPJS Employment

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent Mandarin language skills and can speak English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
• Proficient in HR-related software and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of providing effective HR support and guidance
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
